December 2013, Ha Nam province officially became the nation's 5th province to complete level 2 generalized primary education at the right age. This is the result of a enduring striving progress for many years of the executive committee, governments at all levels and in all relevant sectors, especially education and training sector. Achieving high levels of generalized primary education at the right age is an exciting result but to strengthen and improve the quality of the generalization, we need to continue giving more efforts.

In the past years, the application of advanced science and technology in agricultural development of Ha Nam province have been strengthened and developed remarkable step. One of the key tasks is provincial concerned and regularly direct is the application of scientific achievements and new technologies in agricultural production. Within 5 years, many agricultural schemes implemented effectively: scheme "Minimizing environmental pollution by biotechnology in pig farming in the period from 2011 to 2015"; scheme "Development of edible mushroom products in Ha Nam province period 2012 - 2015"; scheme "Development of direct rice sowing in Ha Nam province period 2012 - 2015"... thereby creating movement and application of science and technology in production, contribute to improving the efficiency of agricultural production, restructuring production and rural employment, promote socioeconomic development in the province.
