Applying the Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU issued on 25/8/2011 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee (Session XVIII) on development of road transportation infrastructure by 2015, in the past five years, the locals have mobilised different investing sources in the transportation network, which connects to the national transoort network and gives an impulse to the development of the local economy and society.
Ha Nam - determine to reform comprehensive the education and training

In recent years, the education and training of Ha Nam has developed comprehensive and solid steps. Scale, educational institutions network developed, distributed and wide layout across much of the province. 100% of communes, wards and towns have public preschools. In each district, the city has from 3 to 4 public high schools. The whole province has 1 high schools for gifted students, 6 regular education centers... We can say that the school system basically met the needs of society.
Gov’t provides food aid for poor regions before Tết
