Comrade Nguyen Huu Tien was born and raised on a land rich in revolutionary traditions of his homeland Lung Xuyen (now the Lung Xuyen residential group, Yen Bac ward, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province), along with the patriotic tradition of his family, he turned from a patriotic young man to a loyal revolutionary soldier, ready to sacrifice himself for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

One of the important goals to improve the efficiency of administrative reform, including administrative procedure reform is to strengthen the application of information technology, and to deploy online public services in the implementation of handling administrative procedures, contributing to well fulfilling the political and professional tasks of each agency and unit.

Welcome to Ha Nam, my hometown, a heroic motherland in the reform initiated by the Party and our leaders. Ha Nam has had achievements spanned in many areas: political security – social safety order is maintained, the economy develops, and people’s lives are steadily improved.

During the past term, led and directed by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Standing Committee of the Party, based on regulations about functions, tasks, working, with the motto of innovation – improving the efficiency of the People’s Council, the Supervised Party Committee of Provincial People’s Council have led People’s Council comprehensively implement the tasks according to regulations, especially supervise the compliance with the Constitution and laws in the province by state administrative agencies, judicial agencies and local people in performing the functions, duties, rights, and responsibilities.

Thoroughly grasp the Party’s leadership point of views on the implementation of the task of social supervision and criticism followed Decision No. 217-QD/TW, dated 12/12/2013 and Decision No. 218-QD/TW, on 12/12/2013 of the Politburo (Session XI), in the last term, the Party Supervised Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee coordinated with the Mass Mobilization Commission of Provincial Party Committee to advise the Standing Committee to issue the Plan No. 64-KH/TU, dated 07/05/2014 on thoroughly implementing Decision No. 217-QD/TW, Decision No. 218-QD/TW of the Politburo; directing the local committees at all levels, socio-political organizations to thoroughly and regularly implement. At the same time, it is determined as a key task, needs to focus on many solutions, suitable methods, ensuring quality and efficiency.
