The education and training sector of Ly Nhan district includes 6 high schools and 26 junior high schools (secondary schools), 31 primary schools and 24 kindergartens with the number of over 2,000 teachers and over 40,000 students. This is a powerful force, with health, with wisdom, with tightly organized operation, the enormous human resources for industrialization - modernization of agriculture and rural development in the locality.

The Industry of Environment and Natural Resources was founded in 2003 comprising 4 sections: Land, Minerals, Environment and Water Resource, all of which are very complex, sensitive and directly related to the rights of Organizations and Individuals. There were always many difficulties and challenges, especially for a newly established industry, however with the direction of the Provincial Steering Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; as well as the close co-ordination of Departments and Agencies, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment completed the tasks assigned initiatively and positively. Those proud accomplishments have contributed significantly to the socio-economic development as well as the sustainable development goals of the province.
