Over the past ten years, the education and training sector of Ly Nhan district has always been the excellent and leading units of Ha Nam province. Culture, information and sport activities of the Department of Education & Training are regularly helped by professional staff Culture and Communication sector from building scripts and programs to the staging of performances, coaching sports teams...
Every year during the festivals and competitions "Flamboyant singing" contest, "Phu Dong Sports Game"... and all the other thematic competitions such as: "We tell journal stories", "Glorious Party, heroic nation”, “We tell stories of Uncle Ho"... the education and training sector of Ly Nhan district always win high prizes at the district, provincial and national levels. In contrast, in the activities of the culture and information sector, the forces of the Department of Education and Training participated and hold an important position and role. The success of the musical and sports festivals participants with provincial, regional and national... the majority of the forces participated were teachers and students gave Ly Nhan became one of the excellent units.
Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training on building national standards schools, in which the standardization of school libraries are particularly interested, the Library of Ly Nhan district has organized training, retraining professional skills to amateur librarians of the schools; directly train professional library guidance at each schools; trained and guided teachers joined in the professional library skills contest and won high prize in the province second prize nationally. In 3 years from 2008 to 2010, Ly Nhan District Library has helped professional skills, consolidate and build 51 school libraries in the province. To date, through inspection and evaluation, all libraries meet the standards and recognized "standard library" of the sector.
