The spokesperson made the statement in response to the correspondents’ query on Việt Nam’s reaction to the bomb blast that killed 35 persons and injured up to 180 others on Monday.
“We are indignant with the incident”, she said, adding that “we believe that the culprits will deserve strict punishments.”
