grasping the guidelines and directions of the Central agencies, Ha Nam has
issued leadership, directing documents to concretize the content of the
Directive 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo to match with the
practical situation, the local political mission; associating the
implementation of the Directive 05 with the implementation of the Central
Resolution 4 (Session XII) on “Strengthening Party building and reorganization;
preventing and repeling the deterioration of ideology, politics, morality, and manifestations
of "self-evolving" and "self-transforming" in the interal
area”. After 4 years of implementing the Directive 05 of the Politburo
associated with the Central Resolution 4 (Session XII), Ha Nam has achieved
positive results.
The work of
organization, thematic study and annual registration to follow Uncle Ho are
seriously, promptly, synchronously and effectively implemented from province to
grassroots level, contributing to raising awareness and responsibilities of
cadres, party members and People in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's
ideology, morality and style.
The
Party committees, authorities, agencies and units have focused on linking
learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style with the
implementation of resolutions on Party building and political task performance
of each locality, agency and unit. Almost all levels of party committees,
agencies and units choose some breakthrough jobs or pressing issues to build
programs and plans for implementation. The construction of advanced examples,

Propaganda is
promoted with rich content, diverse forms, in which focus on propagating good

The inspection and
supervision work has been focused on at all levels, proactively put into annual
work plans and programs. From 2016 up to now, all levels of Party committees
have examined and supervised nearly 40 cases of the implementation of the Directive
05 in association with the implementation of Central Resolution 4.
Through
studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style associated with
the implementation of Central Resolution 4, there has been a clear change in
both awareness, thought and action, contributing to preventing and repelling
deterioration manifestations of political ideology, morality and lifestyle
among cadres and party members; strongly promoting the implementation of
socio-economic programs, emulation movements, major campaigns in the province,
especially in the reform of administrative procedures, the movement “Jointly
building a new countryside”, the movement to help each other develop the economic
aspect, reduce poverty, social security, protect security and order…, contributing
to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress at all
levels in the term 2015 - 2020.
To
continue to effectively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and
style associated with the implementation of Central Resolution 4 on Party
building, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of
the twentieth Provincial Party Congress, in the coming time, Ha Nam will
further promote the leadership, direction and administration role of Party
committees, authorities, agencies and unions, especially the leader in the
implementing Directive 05 in association with the implementation of Central
Resolution 4; continue to promote self-criticism and criticism in the spirit of
Central Resolution 4 associated with the quality assessment of the organization
and classification of the Party, Party members, cadres, civil servants and
public employees annually in the spirit of democracy, seriousness, directness
and construction. At the same time, it will renew the content, form, methods,
ways to increase persuasion and spread in society, especially in the

the implementation of Directive 05 and Central Resolution 4, detecting and
promptly handling party members who violate the deterioration of political
ideology, morality, lifestyle, and opportunistic elements causing
dissatisfaction, internal disunity within the Party./.
